Ice cream is scooped from one Satellite bowl onto the Satellite Ellipse Tray surface. Then guests choose from a variety of ingredients such as chopped nuts, candies and shaved chocolates that the chef “folds” into the ice cream using two ice cream spoons and scoops the final blend into a dish which may be drizzled with a chocolate, Carmel or berry sauce, whipped cream and fresh fruit.

 

By adding one or two additional Satellite Bowl modules, the Ice cream folding station may include a variety of chocolate and or fruit bars.

 

Profitable!  Customers want something new and entertaining. Ice cream parlors demand top dollar for this service, with little or no more product and cost of a standard Ice Cream Sunday Bar Service served at banquets. This type of service may be an up charge from your standard Ice Cream Sunday Bar Service.
